These terms outline booking, rental, and production expectations for macermatch services.

Terms overview

Booking terms

Bookings are confirmed once the schedule is approved.
Day rates are quoted per 10-hour production day.
Additional hours are billed at agreed overtime rates.

Equipment care

Rental equipment remains the responsibility of the client during the booking window. We provide handling guidance and on-site support for staffed bookings.

Cancellation

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may incur a partial fee to cover reserved crew and equipment.
